I'm just saying....Brian spending 2/3 of the day in the bathroom makes the rest of his co-workers have to pick up his slack. It's not cool, man. It's not fucking cool.
If someone is abusing bathroom breaks, that's between them and their manager, but the rest of the staff should not have to put up with some asshole monitoring their time in the bathroom. The question should be whether the work is getting done. How long anyone spends in the bathroom is irrelevant, and monitoring it is insulting. I do not work for companies who think they are running a high school.
I've literally never worked in a place where my bathroom time was monitored. Most places I've worked, management is all too happy to ignore absolutely everything while they sit in their cozy office doing as little as possible - until something blows up. THEN they're SuperManagers who insist on perfection. Until things blow over and then they can go back to hiding in their office.
